What is your cancellation policy ?
Cancellations require 30 days notice before the expected arrival, for refund of deposit. For cancellations of less than 30 days, refund of deposit will be made if the reservation is re-booked. In all cases of cancellation, a 30 Euro processing fee will be charged.
Is the B&B area safe ?
The area around Vatican is a clean and respectable part of the city and one of the safest areas of Rome. Considering that Rome is one of the safest Italian cities, our guests would have no worries here.
How easy is it to get to the B&B ?
It is very easy to get to the B&B since it is only few meters from the metro station "OTTAVIANO - S.PIETRO". Details about getting to the B&B are in the section: Location.
How late can I return to the B&B at night ?
You can come back at any time but you are requested to be very quiet and do not disturb the other guests and people living in the building.
Is there any limitation on arrival time ?
When you enquiry for the room you should let us know if your arrival time is between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM.
For the arrival, we have to know an approximate time (for example the scheduled arrival time of the plane or of the train). In case of delays or earlier arrivals, we ask for a phone call to the number +39 3388434876.
