 Location
The Bed and Breakfast is few meters from Vatican, in the heart of Rome. The metro station "OTTAVIANO-S.PIETRO" is very near as well as Piazza Risorgimento where a lot of buses stop. So, departing from the Bed and Breakfast, you can choose to visit the city either on foot or using public transportation.

 The B&B
The B&B was completely refurbished in 2000. It is located in a fine building, built in 1905. All the rooms are facing the courtyard inwards, therefore the atmosphere is tranquil. The Bed and Breakfast is at the ground floor. The external walls are made by bricks and about 1 meter thick, so the climate inside the B&B is very fresh during the summer and warm in the winter.

 The rooms
The rooms are finely furnished and provided with satellite television, alarm clock and safe. Each room has an attached private bathroom. There are 3 rooms: "ROOM1" is for up to 4 person, "ROOM2" for up to 2, "ROOM3" for up to 3.

 Services
We serve continental breakfast with coffee (espresso or American), tea, fruit juices, milk, fresh bread, biscuits, butter, marmalade, yogurts, corn flakes and croissants. We also offer free use of a washing machine for 4-5 days (or more) stays.

 Surroundings
The B&B is located in a tourist and commercial area. In a short range there are St.Peter's, Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums and Castel S.Angelo, as well as many shops and dining places of all kinds. 30 meters from the B&B there is a covered market where you can buy a fresh, healthy and inexpensive meal.

Metro line "A" connects "OTTAVIANO-S.PIETRO" station with Termini, the main train station of Rome. Termini is directly connected to Fiumicino airport by a city train. The Bed and Breakfast is also reachable by car.

There are reductions for children under 12. The prices are ALL included, so with breakfast and taxes
